Leap Of Faith

about

Song number 60

Wow… sixty songs now. That brings my total releases up to 475! That’s roughly 47 albums worth of music… more if they’re on vinyl. This is the end of February and leap day! This day is the reason I decided to do another song-a-day project. I did 365 songs in 2014, so I’m literally going to 1-up myself because this year has 366 days. I tend to jump head-first into just about anything you could think of. Looking before I leap has rarely occurred to me. Good theme for this project and for leap day!

lyrics

Look before you leap never worked for me
How can I believe, what all that's left is faith

Look before you leap never worked for me
But one more leap of faith could be the end of me

I cover up my eyes when I should see a truth
It could all be lies, when I can't see any proof

Look before you leap never worked for me
But one more leap of faith could be the end of me

I know what it's about and I could do without
It makes me want to shout, cuz I should have some doubts

Will I ever see it coming, will I ever see a way

Look before you leap never worked for me
Look before you leap never worked for me
